Simple Chicken party recipe: Full of Energy and Health only because of Fortune Rice Bran Health Cooking Oil.

One day my parents went out of station and me and my brother had to cook our own food for couple of days. My brother is a party cook and he is an expert in cooking delicious recipes. He loves cooking food only for the party occasion and that too for family members only. At times his friends ask him to give them a treat with the delicious recipes cooked by him. So it is very amazing to see my big brother cooking delicious recipes even when he has not taken any lessons on how to cook perfect recipes.

We both were fed up of eating vegetarian-pull-av all the time. In this way, Sunday arrived and my brother asked me what should we cook? I said, lets have something non vegetarian. My brother said we have to cook a dish which can be served in no time. I said that we have Fortune Rice Bran Health cooking oil and we don’t need to worry about the quantity of oil that we use in our cooking items. After few minutes of discussion, I said lets cook chicken. My brother said it takes a lot of time to cook. I said that we will cook a Chicken Biryani with simple ingredients and fry the chicken using Fortune Rice Bran Health cooking oil. The time required for this menu was less as compared to the conventional book printed recipe.

In this way my brother brought chicken and the ready-made Chicken 65 Masala which is used to marinate the chicken before frying it up. I said that first let’s cook the simple chicken biryani and then get into frying up the chicken. My brother said aare haa baba, we will marinate the part of chicken so that it can be fried using fortune rice bran health cooking oil. You can see images at last of this healthy recipe.

So the recipe for biryani is very simple. Stew up the chicken using pressure cooker and use same cooker to cook biryani so as to retain the chicken flavor. Another reason to do that was to use fewer utensils so as to decrease the time required to clean those utensils ;-) .  

Ingredients for Simple Chicken Biryani are as follows: 

Fortune Rice Bran Health Cooking Oil – Use it in generous amount.
Shaha Jeera – Two spoons.
Ginger-Garlic paste – Two spoons.
Fresh green coriander – One small bowl.
Green chillies – 5 to 6 if their color is light green.
Half onion finely chopped for sauteing.
Ready-made Kolhapuri mutton masala or any mutton masala – One and half spoons.
Turmeric – Half spoon.
Salt – To taste.
Rice – 4 to 5 cups of regular rice or use basmati rice.
Chicken - ¼ Kg or Half Kg stewed chicken. 

Method of Preparation - Simple Chicken Biryani:

First of all, stew the chicken with 1 or 2 whistles in a pressure cooker. After this, wash the rice with water and keep aside to drain water. Quickly place cooker on gas stove and pour generous amount of Fortune Rice Bran Health cooking oil and as soon as oil gets heated, add shaha jeera seeds. Next, add finely chopped onion and sauté till it turns brown. Then add garlic-ginger paste and stir for one minute. After one minute add light green complete chilies without chopping in generous amount. Use less if you don’t like too much chilies. As soon as chillies shrink and hardens a bit add turmeric and mutton masala. Stir for one minute and then add chicken and now stir it for two or three minutes. At last add the rice and stir for 5 minutes without adding water. Stir for five minutes add proper amount of water so as to cook rice and add finely chopped fresh coriander in generous amount. In this way last step is to close the pressure cooker lid and after 2 or 3 whistles your simple chicken biryani will be ready to plate up.  

Now is the delicious part of this simple chicken party recipe which is to fry the chicken with perfection. We just have to fry the chicken using Fortune Rice Bran Health cooking oil which has the power ofantioxidants.
Ingredients of Simple Chicken Fry Recipe are as follows:

Fortune Rice Bran Health Cooking Oil. 
Chicken - Half Kg which must include the leg pieces.
Readymade Chicken 65 Masala – 2 small packets.

Method of preparation – Simple Chicken Fry:
We just have to marinate it with garlic-ginger paste and readymade chicken 65 masala for about 2 hours and fry it using Fortune Rice Bran Health cooking oil.
Caution: Please take care while frying the chicken as boiling oil may get on to your hands. 

Preparation takes near about 2 to 3 hours and eating it takes only few minutes.
